Event
An open house event will be held at the Cultural Hall of the Calimesa Chapel (306 E Avenue L, Calimesa, CA) on Friday, April 11 (4–8 PM) and Saturday, April 11 (3–7 PM). It features Christ-centered artwork by community members (both original and purchased) with options for artists to stay and interact, while artwork is secured overnight. Additionally, 20-minute musical performances—including instrumental, solo, praise band, and choral acts—will take place at the top of each hour with a provided sound system and technician.

Artwork Options: Can be original or purchased.

Content Guidelines: All artwork and music must respect, revere, and/or praise Jesus Christ; be suitable for families and children; and avoid controversial themes, as determined by the organizing committee.

Accepted Media: The event welcomes diverse cultural and aesthetic traditions. Acceptable media include painting, drawing, textile art, photography, printmaking, sculpture, glass, clay, ceramics, wood, leather, stone, metal, traditional and folk art, mixed media, multimedia, video, cinema, poetry, and music.

Size Limit: Artwork must not exceed 72 inches (1.83 meters) on the longest side, including the frame.

Weight Limit: Artwork must not weigh more than 100 pounds (136 kilograms), including the frame.

Delivery & Pickup: Artwork must arrive by 2 PM on Friday, April 11, ready for display. The event is not responsible for framing or attaching mounting mechanisms. Pickup will be from the Calimesa Building on Saturday, April 12 (7–9 PM) or Monday, April 14 (12–3 PM).
